Kerry wrote off the state long ago, but the only recent Virginia poll (Oct 29) I'm aware of, by Survey USA, has Bush up by just 4 points.  And if 2000 exit poll ratios (D 35%, R 37%, I 28%) are applied to the poll results by party, Kerry is down by only 0.7!
